Fiancé(e) / Proposed Civil Partner Visa

Eligibility Requirements
- A genuine and subsisting relationship with a British citizen or settled person (or the qualifying relationship itself, for Parent/Child)
- The UK-based sponsor meets the minimum financial requirement set by the Home Office
- Adequate accommodation without recourse to public funds
- Meet the relevant English language requirement
- (Adult Dependent Relative) evidence that long-term care is not available or affordable in Pakistan

- Proof of suitable accommodation in the UK

- Evidence that adequate care is unavailable in the home country (Adult Dependent Relative route)
