Eligibility Requirements
- Genuine intention to visit the UK temporarily and leave at the end of the visit
- Sufficient, credible funds to cover the trip without recourse to public funds
- Strong ties to Pakistan (employment, family, property) showing intent to return
- No adverse immigration history or relevant criminal convictions
- Confirmed accommodation and travel arrangements for the visit
- (Marriage Visitor) evidence of a genuine intention to marry or register a civil partnership within 6 months
