Eligibility Requirements
- (Graduate) Currently hold a Student visa and have successfully completed an eligible course reported by a licensed student sponsor
- (HPI) Awarded a qualifying degree by an eligible university on the Home Office's global list within the last 5 years
- No job offer or sponsor required under either route
- Meet standard suitability requirements with no adverse immigration history
Document Checklist
- Valid passport
- Confirmation of successful course completion from your UK institution (Graduate route)
- Proof of qualification from an eligible global university (HPI route)
- Evidence the qualification was awarded within the eligible timeframe
- Immigration Health Surcharge payment receipt
- Current UK immigration status documents, for in-country Graduate applicants
- Tuberculosis test certificate, if applying from a listed country
